This is a delightful film which we have seen a few times. The story is about Fin, a dwarf, who is very withdrawn due to way people treat him. He works at a model train shop owned by Henry. Henry dies and in his will he leaves Fin a former railway station agent’s living quarters in Newfoundland. Once he moves there, he finds himself reluctantly involved in the lives of Olivia, who coping with the death of her young son, and Joe who is working in his dad’s snack truck. Olivia and Joe gradually become good friends with Fin and teach him the importance of having friends.
A really warm, quirky film. A real pleasure to watch again and again.
