Due to insurance cover in Russia a lot of the drivers have dashcams to substantiate claims if they are involved in a collision and it is because of those dashcams that there was some amazing footage of the meteor which came down in Chelyabinsk. But of course, there is also lots of footage of crashes so here is 13 minutes of em!
