This weekend the Caples came to stay and on Saturday we had an early Halloween party. K made a lovely stew and Hatty made a fantastic spiders web cake. It was yummy! The kids had a fantastic time dressing up, so did the mums!
On Sunday me & al went for a bike ride while the girls took the kids to the zoo. The weather was lovely, chilly but with clear blue skies which meant we were able to enjoy the views. We got nearly 40 miles in before returning home for a Sunday lunch. The kids had had a lovely time at the zoo where there there was loads more Halloween stuff going on.
