Having a sick day today. Been having quite a few heart palpatations lately and I had quite a long one driving to work this morning and I had to pull over as it left me feeling a bit light headed. I’ve been fine cycling to work etc. So I’m off to the docs soon to see what they say.

Maybe the heat? Like the doc says you are fit enough so shouldn’t worry. Good to get it checked out though, and a day off as well, can’t be bad 🙂
