For four years construction workers have been making a lot of noise whole they are building a new subway down Manhattans East side. In a bid to cheer up the locals, one of the workers Gary Russo, has been spending some of his lunch break singing Sinatra songs.

“Extraordinary scenes followed. A man apparently in his eighties was seen taking the hand of a girl in her twenties and dancing at the side of the road. Crowds gathered at the edge of the construction area.”
