Ottaway (Liam Neeson) is part of an oil drilling team whose plane crashes in Alaska. Not only do they have to try and survive in sub-zero temperatures but the few survivors are pursued by a pack of grey wolves. Sounds simple stuff right? But actually this goes a bit deeper dealing with how the different characters deal with their impending doom and partularly Neesons character who despite being suicidal at the beginning of the film has incredible will to live.
Neeson is great using his natural screen prescence to full effect and it is a really well shot film.
N.B make sure you watch it until the end of the credits!
