When we went to London on Sunday we parked just around the corner from “The Shard” I think its nearing completion now and its an amazing building. Its 72 floors and over a thousand feet high. It opens in February next year and you can register on the website now to go up to the viewing gallery and open-air observation deck on the 72nd floor.
Channel 4 have made a fascinating documentary about its construction.
