Took some time off from shedding last weekend and went to spuds for tea on Saturday (Spicy Bean casserole very nice!) and on Sunday we went over to Vals for lunch. It was a really nice day and we were actually able to sit in the garden! My cousins 11 year old daughter, Ellie was there and she put us through our paces showing us how to cheer lead! I was rubbish but did ok at the exercises and the round off however dad excelled at the cheer leading! Sadly, theres no video..
