Victor has infiltrated the criminal empire run by ruthless gangster Alphonse, with the objective of making Alphonse pay for killing his wife and child two years earlier. He takes his time, picking off his men one at a time torturing Alphonse psychologically whilst hatching a plan to kill Alphonse and the Albanians who assisted him. But Will Victor be discovered before he can execute his plan?
A lot of Critics hated this film but I thought I’d give it a go mainly because Noomi Rapace who played the Lisbeth Salander in the original “Girl with the Dragon Tattoo is in it and also Colin Farrell who can, occasionally, be good. I wasn’t disappointed, its not the best but a perfectly OK action film. Well acted, pretty tense. good action scenes a good friday night film.
