Drove down to Gunpowder Park near Waltham Abbey and cycled the 26 mile round trip to the Olympic Park and back. The park is pretty good although we didn’t see all of it as it took us quite a while to get there. Emma did really well, although K was a nervous wreck worrying that Emma was going to career off the tow path into the River!
