We recently had a week up in Scotland with the Corkys. It was a great week, we flew up, which was so much better than driving up. The weather was pretty good, it had rained a lot up there and a lot of the rivers and lochs were really high but what rain we did have mainly came at night.
We stayed in a lovely cottage right on the side of Loch Ness about 18 miles outside Inverness and we spent the week exploring and walking.

Corky and I were determined to do a barbie! It was a great night – the stars were amazing!
On Friday night we headed down to our “local” the Dores Inn in believe it or not in Dores. Just a short 9 mile drive! It was a great pub nice food and friendly locals. It was Halloween so the girls for dressed up and did apple bobbing.
