An extremely good film about a man (Robbie, played James McAvoy) who is accused and found guilty of rape based on a false testimony from his true loves (Cecilia, played by gorgeous, but thin, Keira Knightly) naive younger sister (Briony) and the impact this has on all their lives.
A very well made film with a great long shot of when Robbie arrives in Dunkirk and a very clever soundtrack, this is film making at its best. So get the DVD, a bottle of wine and some munchies, dim the lights and press play. You won’t regret it.
