Back from Hols (nearly)

We have stopped over in Swindon for the night on our way back from Devon.
We have had a fantastic Holiday, the weather has been great, we only had one slightly soggy day. The Forest of Dean was lovely and the Wye Valley was gorgeous. We did lots of woodland walks, cycling, visited the butterfly zoo and we also hung out at the campsite quite a bit as Emma made friends with Pippa, a really nice girl from Stockport!

On the Friday we left the Forest of Dean and headed down to Devon stopping at Killerton for Lunch on the way but ended up staying until 5!
The Cottage was a really lovely barn conversion we didn’t want to leave!
We spent the week doing lots of exploring, going to Woodlands Park, a fantastic leisure Park, the water coasters were great! The Caples came up from Cornwall on Tuesday and we met up on the beach at Wembury.

  1. Hey Shaun, you’ve definitely got that “Blimey, it didn’t look this steep from down there!” look on your face.

    1. Your totally right mate – I was pretty scared!
