Thanks for all your messages guys. We finally got home late last night. Poor K was exhausted and aching after having to drive all the way home. However she soon perked up after a chow mein and a couple of glasses of wine. Spent today sorting everything out (what a bore) We have been having a think about car strategy, mine has got a few problems so we think we may trade that in and have one decent car rather than two bangers and rearrange ourselves so we can cope with just the one.
