Today was a gorgeous day, we needed a few bits so rather than use the car I decided to cycle the 6 miles or so to Sainsburys as I haven’t had any exercise for a few days. Nearly all of the route I took was traffic free and I was able say hello to people I met on the way. It just brings it home to you how antisocial using a car for short journeys is. I am definitely going to make more effort to use my bike.
