Last week we cycled the Salterns Way From Chichester to West Wittering on the coast. Its 12 miles each way along mainly traffic free routes and its a really nice route. The beach at West Wittering is lovely, very sandy with few stones a great place to hang out.

Love the moving pictures, very cool. how do you do that?
Got a new iPhone recently and rather than taking a photo it takes a short video. Then you can edit it and make it loop. Then I convert it to a gif so it works ok on the blog. I really like them it makes the pics come alive!
