Frozen Ground is based on the true story of Alaskan detective Glenn Flothe (called Sgt. Jack Halcombe in the film). Halcombe sets out to catch Robert Hansen, a serial killer who has stalked the streets of Anchorage for more than 13 years.
For some bizarre reason this film has been compared to Seven but it is nowhere near as good. The Story about Hansen is fairly interesting but its poorly paced, the acting is poor and overall it just drifts along along to an anticlimactic end – Don’t bother.
5/10 (only got that for the Alaskan scenery!)
