Gran Torino

gran_torino_poster.jpgWar veteran and recent widower, Walt Kowalski (Eastwood) fills his days with diy and beer. His neighbours have moved, replaced by Hmong immigrants who he despises. Resentful of virtually everything and everyone, Walt is a right grumpy bugger. Until the night his teenage neighbour, Thao, pressured by a gang tries to steal his Gran Torino. Walt stands in the way of both the theft and the gang, making him the reluctant hero of the neighbourhood.

I really liked Walt, he is so grumpy its funny, and although you can guess how the films going to go its still pretty enjoyable.
