Just catching up on blogging… last weekend the Caples came over. Al cycled here, doing 205 miles in a day! I don’t know how he does it but he is well on his way to being ready to do the 24 hour London to Paris in early July. Saturday night, we had a barbie and Sunday was gorgeous so we headed down to Mersea in the morning. It was beautiful, clear and sunny with hardly any wind so the sea was really calm.

It was dads birthday on Sunday so after the beach we picked dad up and headed round to the Corky’s for a barbie, and cake! (Thanks guys :-))
