Eddie Morra is dumped by his girlfriend and is on the verge of being dumped by his publisher as well when he meets a former acquaintance how has become a drug dealer who sells him a new drug called NZT-48 which apparently allows humans to access 100% of the brains power rather than the normal 20%. It works and he finishes his book in record time and now he’s hooked….
Not a bad idea, and its vaguely interesting at first but soon loses the plot. Robert de niro also stars I can’t imagine why.

Ohhh – we just watched this on Sat and I thought it was fabulous – had to close my eyes for the really violent scene in his apartment though!!! Great idea and loved the scenes where he clued in to eveything around him.
