Came across a link to a you tube video which is an extract from Ninja Warrior which is a Japanese Obstacle Course game show. The clip features Makoto Nagano who is a fisherman and spends 300 days a year training on his ship for the competition.
The most impressive obstacle I think, is the Spider walk. Two large sheets of what appears to be glass are set up like a corridor and unaided he climbs up between them.
Liz, I thought of Evie when I watched this, her gymnastic skills would stand her in good stead!
