Spoke to mum last night and her appetite is slowly returning after having the fluid drained from around her tummy. The chemotherapy is due to start next Wednesday. Its good she’s got a bit of time to recover and get her strength up before that starts. Overall though she’s in pretty good spirits and she just wants to get on with it.

Many,many thanks to everyone for all your kind wishes, it does give me a real boost.
At the moment I feel pretty well but the chemo I’m not looking forward to, but as long as it does the job I don’t mind. I know you are all thinking of me.
