Scotland at this time of year is so beautiful, we couldn’t have wished for better weather and the autumn colours were amazing.
We spent the week in a gorgeous house on the hills above Loch Tay. The nine of us had a great time. We had some fabulous days and I think my strongest memories will be doing the 4 x 4 course, spending the evenings around the dinner table chatting and laughing, the kids playing in the huge lounge, the views of the loch with the mountains beyond and Emma shouting wheeeee on the swing at the animal farm!
My 40th was fantastic, everyone clubbed in and bought me 4 x 4 course which I did on a nearby mountain. It was great fun and I never knew you could tip a defender over that far neither did Corky and Al who were in the back!
