Had a great weekend in London with the Corkys. First, we went to the Thames Barrier Park.
Where the Girls had a runaround and a play in the park.
Emma took this pic of Liane and Livvy in the cafe.
Next we went to West India Quay to the Museum of London Which I can really recommend. I was particularly impressed with the huge model of the old London Bridge and the girls really enjoyed the recreation of the creepy old London streets. There was even a tiny old pub and Emma and I were singing “Oom pah pah oom pah pah thats how it goes!” as it felt as if we stepped back into the set of Oliver!
Then we had a walk around Canary Wharf.
After Canary Wharf we got the Cable car across to the Dome. Its an amazing trip over, particularly at night.
On Monday we drove down to Forest Hill and went to the Hornimann Museum Which is great for kids and it had some great gardens. We’ll definitely go again in the Summer.
