Max Lewinsky is a cop obsessed with apprehending Jacob Sternwood, a criminal who had shot him whilst Max was attempting to apprehend him. He gets his chance when Sternwood comes out of hiding after his son was shot duringa heist. But was the heist part of a deeper conspiracy?
This film looks great, with some particularly good aerial shots of London. Its well directed, not a bad story and some great performances from Mark Strong and David Morrisey (although I keep seeing him as the Governor from Walking Dead) The only weak link is James McAvoy I think he’s a great actor but here I feel he’s miscast and he’s not really convincing as a Copper with a Lahndan accent.
Overall a great looking Thriller which is worth a watch.
