We were due to go on Thursday but it was blowing a hoolie in the morning and no one was going out in that. We still had a good day though we did a long walk over the peninsula to see the seal colony.
Thankfully the weather was fine on Friday so we were able to go out. I was so glad as I had been really looking forward to it.The boat ride out was pretty rough and K was a bit green but thankfully she didn’t barf. Emma really enjoyed the boat ride, she saw the Whales but ooginess got the better of her and when we found the dolphins so she stayed inside. Watching the whales was absolutely awesome and we managed to see three sperm whales so we were dead lucky.
After the whales we went to see school of dusky dolphins It was fantastic to watch them they were just playing all around the boat – so cool.

Shaun you were really lucky with that last shot of the dolphin because they are sooo fast. Glad you saw the whales – it’s really awesome to see them diving like they do as they are so huge. Enjoy the rest of your trip!! Love Olwen xx
