Wildlife agent Cory Lambert discovers a woman’s body in the snowy wilderness of the Wind River Indian Reservation. The FBI sends in rookie agent Jane Banner, she’s unprepared for the extreme Wyoming winter so she employs Cory as a tracker. The two soon find that there lives are in danger as well…
I really enjoyed this, a good whodunit in a snowy landscape, a perfect evenings entertainment. I thought Jeremy Renner was really good in this, he has tended to stick to action roles since “The Hurt Locker” but his last couple of films,” Arrival” and now this have shown he can definitely take on stronger roles. The film is written and directed by Taylor Sheridan who also wrote “Sicario” (which I didn’t really enjoy) and Hell or High water which I thought was excellent.
